NOTE! Because of the danger of self-ignition, any waste from the product, spray mist and soiled rags etc. are to be kept in a fire-proof place in air-tight containers. Immersion in water is also recommended.

Surface preparation

Clean the surface from loose matter, dirt and dust.

Wash previously painted surfaces with RENSA SUPER paint cleaner.

Remove rust from the metal surfaces with wire-brush.

Remove loose and poorly adherent paint coats.

Remove all possible latex paints.

Matt down hard or gloss surfaces by sanding and thereafter remove the dust.

Application

Before use stir the paint thoroughly.

For painting wooden surfaces dilute the paint if needed 5 - 10 % with TEKNOSOLV 1621.

Apply by brush, roller or spray.

Suitable airless spray nozzle is 0.013 - 0.015".

When applying by spray, thin the paint 5 - 15 % by volume with TEKNOSOLV 9500.

Application conditions

The surface to be painted has to be dry. During the application and drying period the temperature of the ambient air, the surface and the paint shall be above +5 °C and the relative air humidity below 80 %.

Top coating

The topcoating is applied with FUTURA Top Coats or with Dispersion Paint after the primer has dried for 6 hours.
