TeknosPro BINDER Dust binder

       

TEKNOSPRO BINDER is a water-borne, colourless, acrylic-based dust binder for walls and ceilings indoors.

The product has been classified in Emission Classification of building materials to Group M1.

TEKNOSPRO BINDER is suited for dust binding of untreated concrete, brick, building blocks, building boards etc. indoors.

Colourless TEKNOSPRO BINDER doesn´t colour or darken treated mineral surfaces.

The treated surface can be overcoated with Teknos water-borne indoor paints, if needed.

Thinner, clean up

Water. Wash the equipment immediately after use with detergent and warm water.

Colours

Clear

The product can be tinted to transparent shades in order to make it easier to discern the sufficient dust binding. Tinting according to Teknos´ transparent interior colours in tinting group TPL. The colour accuracy is not complete.
Direction for Use

Surface preparation and application

The surface to be treated must be clean and dry.

TEKNOSPRO BINDER is a product which is ready to use and which can be tinted to transparent shades, if needed. This attention colouring helps to ascertain that a sufficient dust binding film has been applied.

Application by brush, roller or airless spray once or twice. Suitable nozzle for airless spray is 0,013 - 0,017".

Application conditions

The surface to be treated must be dry.

The temperature of the ambient air and the surface shall be above +5 °C and the relative air humidity below 80 %.

Storage

Must be stored tightly closed and kept cool.

MUST NOT FREEZE.
